Bajan rum punch

Ingredients

• 12 cl Barbados rum
• 4 cl fresh lime juice
• 6 cl sugar syrup
• 8 cl cold water
• 4 drops aromatic bitters
• ice
• 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
• 2 lime slices

Method

1. 1Stir rum, lime juice, syrup, water and bitters together in a jug.
2. 2Pour into two glasses with ice. Adjust with a little more water or lime if desired.
3. 3Sprinkle with nutmeg and garnish with lime.
